In 2007, I arrived in New York City with $800, no safety net, and a belief that there had to be something more for me. I had just finished my service in the United States Marine Corps — a chapter that taught me how to lead under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay grounded when the path ahead wasn’t clear.

What followed was years of building from scratch. I started two companies, grew them into profitable businesses — one of which I sold, and the other I continue to run remotely as an absentee owner. I learned what it really takes to carry the weight of a business on your shoulders — the pressure, the pride, the doubt, and the drive.

Sherpa Coaching & Consulting was born from that journey.

In the Himalayas, Sherpas are known not for leading from out front, but for walking with climbers — guiding them through unfamiliar terrain, carrying the heavy loads, and knowing when to push and when to pause. That’s how I see coaching. You don’t need someone shouting from the summit. You need someone beside you who knows the way, who respects your pace, and who understands that how you climb matters just as much as getting to the top.

My coaching is built for business owners who are carrying a lot and doing their best to figure it all out — often alone. I help you find clarity, create structure, and reconnect with why you started in the first place. We’ll work on the business, yes — but also the mindset behind it, because that’s where lasting change happens.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about walking with you — step by step — as you build something that actually feels like yours.
